GENERAL INFO a ORDERING
To place an online order, click on Products to access the online store section. When you see a
product you would like to purchase, simply click on the "add to cart" button. The item will then
be placed in your shopping cart. You then have the choice to continue shopping (select another
category or product) or to proceed to check out. Before checking out, you please select
Shipping Method and Shipping Destination.
The default Shipping Method is via USPS Priority mail and orders are generally shipped every
Tuesday and Friday-see details on our Shipping Info page. If you need an order to be shipped
outside of our normal shipping schedule, please select "In-House Rush Order." This is an
additional $10 charge but, provided an order is received by 5pm EST, it will be shipped the
following day if "In-House Rush Order" has been selected.
Your Shipping Destination determines the required tax rate applied to your order per state
Once you select "check out with PayPal," you will be asked to confirm whether you with to
"proceed to checkout" or "return to shop." After proceeding to checkout, you will be taken to
PayPal's secure gateway page. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use PayPal's payment
gateway. On the left side of this page those, who are not PayPal members, may click on
"continue" to enter their credit card details. PayPal members may simply login on the right side
of the page.
When paying by credit card on PayPal your payment information will be encrypted and safely
transferred via PayPal's merchant gateway service. We do not keep any credit card information
in our database or on our website. All orders are processed via PayPal's merchant gateway
service of which we are a verified member. We also respect your privacy and do not share any
of your information. Your transactions are safe and secure.
After completing your transaction, you will be returned to our site. If you have any questions

Sarah-Noelle is an online store and does not have a "brick-and-mortar" location that is open to
the public. Unfortunately due to zoning and business regulations we are not allowed to have
customers visit us on site. Occasionally we participate in craft/vendor shows. To see if we will

Currently we do not have a dedicated toll-free customer service line. We are usually busy
making fresh products and packing orders; therefore, we are not always by the phone. We'd
rather eliminate phone calls altogether rather than have you reach our answering machine. We
check our emails frequently and respond as soon as it's possible, so if you have any questions
about products or need any information, please fill out our contact form.
As an earth-friendly, green business, Sarah-Noelle does not offer a print catalogs for the
purpose of saving paper. However the sarah-noelle.com com website features complete
product information including usage and entire ingredient lists. If you need specific information
about a product please contact us.
